The first part of the maple sugaring process is collection the sap and you will get a chance to participate in this process when you join in on the Maple Sap Collection on February 2nd, 2020. While staying in Bridgewater short term housing, come out and participate at Echo Hill. The meeting place will be at the playground and we will then walk to the sugar bush.
